I had the amazing good fortune to paint this past week with artist/teacher Christine LaFuente -- christinelafuente.com -- in a workshop run by the Acadia Workshop Center.
Judy: I LOVE the Maine Workshop paintings. It must have been so interesting and fun to be outside doing what you love. I was wondering about the dimensions of the paintings. It would be great to post this info on the blog, if possible. Mark and I are looking for a large oil to put over the fireplace in Chatham: horizontal, approx. 32 x 42 (framed). We are not seeing a lot of large paintings these days; don't know why. Too expensive to sell? Hard for the artist to store and work on? Anyway...you should be very proud of your work. It is beautiful.
